Plaintiff Ernest E. Omotosho presents the Court with a motion for a new trial. ECF No. 116. A trial of Plaintiffs claim that he was wrongfully discharged from employment because of his race, African American, resulted in an unanimous verdict in favor of Defendant Giant Eagle, Inc. No African Americans sat on the jury that rendered the verdict. No African Americans were on the panel from which the jury was selected.
