MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES E. YACOS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court on motion by Carl and Bonnie Wallin, as secured claimants, for an order authorizing the release and distribution of $50,000 held in escrow by the chapter 7 trustee and his objection thereto. The movants claim security in assets of the debtor as a result of what they claim was their valid pre-judgment attachment of debtor’s .undivided one-half interest in his marital residence.
