MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ASPEN, District Judge:
This case comes to us on appeal from the bankruptcy court following a 45-minute bench trial, before the Honorable John D. Schwartz, concerning the dischargeability of charge card debt incurred by Perry L. Hudgins and Joan Hudgins, husband and wife. 1
