A writ of foreign attachment was issued by Keystone State Corporation on January 12, 1933, in the Court of Common Pleas No. 4, as of March Term, 1933, No. 17, and a similar writ was issued by Nazareth Cement Company on January 16,1933, in the Court of Common Pleas No. 2, as of March Term, 1933, No. 20, in which Union Indemnity Company, a Louisiana corporation, was named as defendant and Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company was summoned as garnishee.
