STATEMENT OF THE CASE
The City of Evansville (City), on behalf of its Department of Redevelopment, appeals the judgment against it and for 0. Gene Reising in the City’s action to appropriate, by its power of eminent domain, real property owned by Mr. Reising. We reverse.
FACTS
We will consider the evidence of record most favorable to Reising, who prevailed in the trial court.
