Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, with costs.

Petitioner, a New York City Police Officer, commenced this CPLR article 78 proceeding to annul and vacate respondents’ determination to deny line-of-duty designation for injuries she *1000sustained while on duty. Petitioner injured her back when she slipped and fell on a wet bathroom floor at a police precinct.
