MURDOCK, Justice.

The Court today decides three appeals involving similar issues of Indian tribal sovereign immunity and subject-matter jurisdiction arising out of actions filed by various plaintiffs against the Poarch Band of Creek Indians ("the Tribe"), and business entities wholly owned by the Tribe, and, in two of these cases, including this one, individual defendants.
