Judgment reversed on the law, plea vacated, motion to suppress granted and matter remitted to Genesee County Court for further proceedings on the indictment. Memorandum: In December *8341993 the Livingston County Sheriffs Department investigated a number of armed robberies of convenience stores in Livingston and Monroe Counties. As a result of that investigation, an “informational flyer” was circulated, advising police to be on the lookout for two white vehicles with listed license plate numbers.
