Plaintiff David A. Buche filed this lawsuit against Liventa Bioscience, Inc. (“Li-*884venta”), which formerly employed Buche as its chief operating officer. Liventa is a Delaware corporation whose principal place of business is in Pennsylvania. Buche is á citizen of Minnesota who lived and worked in Minnesota while he was employed by Liventa.
