Mrs. Billings, by equity petition in the Probate Court, seeks declaratory relief concerning possible interests of her adopted daughter, Betty Jean Neil-sen, in the residuary trust under the will of Mrs. Billings’s mother, Susan Farnham Fowler (the testatrix), late of North Andover, who died February 16,1928. Numerous possible beneficiaries under the will are named as parties.
