BROOKS, Chief Judge.

This case is before the Court on the Defendant Secretary’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed October 20, 1986. Plaintiff has not filed any affidavits or briefs in opposition to the Motion. The Court finds the following facts to be undisputed:(1) The Plaintiff filed her applications for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income on November 15,1984.
