GEWIN, Circuit Judge:
Appellant, G. H. Craddock, d/b./a Southern Heat Pump Company, brought an action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida against appellee, Greenhut Construction Company, Inc., for breach of contract to employ Craddock as a subcon tractor on a construction project. 1 This appeal is taken from an order of the district court granting Greenhut’s motion for summary judgment. We reverse.
