This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Court for the Second District on leave granted by this court. The suit was brought by Abingdon Bank & Trust Company (hereinafter referred to as appellant,) as plaintiff in the circuit court of Knox county. The defendants named in the suit were appellees, H. C. Bulkeley and C. D. Byram (hereinafter referred to as appellees,) together with four other former directors of the First National Bank of Abingdon.
