—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Martin Marcus, J.), rendered June 11, 1999, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of attempted assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon *403in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 10 years, unanimously affirmed.
