This is the second appearance of this case in this court. See Ballew v. Deal, 209 Ga. 69 (70 S. E. 2d, 767), where a full statement of facts will be found. In Ballew v. Deal, supra, this court reversed the judgment on the ground that the petition failed to allege that the action complained of was not by a majority of the members of the church present. This decision was handed down on May 12, 1952.
