— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the third-party defendant Geiger Lumber Company appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Beisheim, J.), dated November 26, 1984, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing a third-party complaint against it.

Order reversed, on the law, with costs, motion granted, and the third-party complaint dismissed.
