Bill Parker & Associates (“Parker”) appeals a judgment, based upon a jury verdict, in favor of Andrew Rahr on his legal malpractice claims. This litigation arises from a transaction in which Rahr retained Bill Parker & Associates to prevent a foreclosure on his property. To prevent foreclosure, a bankruptcy petition was to be filed in the Newnan Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
