liWe consider this matter on remand from the supreme court for reconsidera*1109tion in light of its opinion in Church Mutual Insurance Company v. Dardar, 13-2351 (La.5/7/14), 145 So.3d 271, 2014 WL 1800067, and Cook v. Family Care Services, Inc., 13-2326 (La.5/7/14), 144 So.3d 969, 2014 WL 1800038. After complying with the supreme court order on remand, we affirm the judgment of the workers’ compensation judge.
