— When Mrs. Cybele Dowdy intermarried with William Sandford, she being at the time administratrix of the estate of Stephen Dowty, her deceased husband, he, the said William, became thereby co-administrator with her, and liable for any act of administration she performed after-wards. — 2 Wms.
