1. “A municipal corporation lias an incidental power to institute proceedings against, and remove from office for misconduct, all corporate officers, though the power to do so be not expressly given by the charter of such corporation.” Mayor etc. of Savannah v. Grayson, 104 Ga. 105 (30 S. E. 693).
