This is an action of the case in assumpsit to recover damages for the breach of a contract of employment. A jury in the superior court returned a verdict for the plaintiff for $2276.43. Defendant’s motion for a new trial was denied. The case is before us upon defendant’s exceptions to that decision and to certain rulings during the trial.
