Before the court is Trustee’s Report On Sale (docket No. 197, filed on July 8,1994) of debtor Ibérica Manufacturing, Inc.’s real property located at Calle Munoz Rivera # 49, Juncos, Puerto Rico. The report of the sale conducted on May 31, 1994 contains a summation of costs as well as the commission paid to the trustee from the proceeds.
