HARWOOD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree awarding a divorce to Mary Jane Ross on the grounds of alleged cruelty on the part of her husband, E. E. Ross. .

The evidence presented below shows that Mary Jane Ross and E. E. Ross were married in 1944. At the time of their marriage Mary Jane was 14 years of age, and her husband was 19 years old. He was unemployed at the time, and for the first year of their marriage they lived in the home of his parents.
