MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
SEAR, District Judge.
Plaintiffs, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company (“Morgan”), Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (“Continental”), National Westminister Bank USA, Inc. (“Nat West”), and Banque De La Societe Financiere Europeenne (“BSFE”) (collectively, “the Plaintiffs’) brought this action in rem on December 30, 1983 to foreclose on a First Preferred Greek Ship Mortgage which they held on the M/V Grigorios. The Grigorios is of Greek registry and the mortgage was given as partial security for an $80 million revolving credit and term loan facility…
