OPINION
MEYERS, Justice.
Appellant, Vincent Edward Baker, was convicted in a trial to the jury of the offense of aggravated sexual assault. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.021 (Vernon 1989). Appellant was found guilty by the jury and punishment was assessed by the court at seventy-five years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. 1 In three points of error appellant claims that the trial court erred in overruling appellant’s motion for mistrial, in allowing testimony of State witnesses not listed on the State’s witness list over appellant’s objections, and in denying appellant’s…
