OPINION OF THE COURT

BECKER, Circuit Judge.

This opinion addresses the question whether we have appellate jurisdiction over an appeal from a district court’s interlocutory order discharging a notice of lis pen-dens under the New Jersey lis pendens statute. We hold that we do not.
