In this action plaintiffs-appellants, as freeholders and taxpayers of the County of Dillon, seek, on numerous grounds, to prevent Dillon County from issuing bonds for school purposes, authorized by Act No. 581 of the Acts of the General Assembly of South Carolina for 1965.
