MEMORANDUM AND ORDER PARTIALLY GRANTING MOTION FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS

GADOLA, District Judge.

In this action, the State of Michigan, Local 58—International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (hereinafter “Local 58”), Eugene Bolanowski, and James Hacker all are creditors of G.T. Einstein Electric, Inc. (hereinafter “Einstein”) asserting claims to funds held by this court.. Oral argument was heard on this matter on May 15, 1996.
