| jThis appeal is before this court as a result of the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of appellees and dismissing appellant’s claims against ap-pellees for damages from negligence allegedly resulting from a defective design. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
