This court’s no-opinion order of January 22, 1999, affirming the judgment of the trial court, is withdrawn, and this opinion is substituted therefor.

This case involves the voidance of a deed.

The evidence in the record indicates the following facts: Lecil Guin and his wife, Inez, jointly owned, without right of sur-vivorship, 86 acres of land in Marion County, on which their home was situated.
