Wickham, J.,. Margaretta Scott, one of the defendants, owned a tract of land, shaped somewhat like a parallelogram, situate in Oakland township, Butler county. We gather from the evidence that prior to the year 1881 she sold fifteen acres off the east end thereof to two several grantees, the pieces so disposed of containing six and nine acres respectively, and being together bounded, on the west by a line running nearly north and south across the tract and precisely eighty rods long.
