Defendant, Anthony T. Dean, appeals from an order entered following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Johnson County requiring him as an individual, and not in his capacity as the Director of the Illinois Department of Conservation, together with his “agents, servants, and employees,” to rebuild a road which runs through Feme Clyffe State Park and which defendant had ordered closed to vehicular traffic, tom up and barricaded from public use.
