This is a suit under the Employers’ Diability Act (Act No. 20 of 1914 and subsequent amendments thereto). Plaintiff is claiming compensation in the sum of 65 per cent, of $16.50 per week on the basis of total, permanent disability for a period not exceeding four hundred weeks.
