The Court has decided to issue this Memorandum Opinion to emphasize its concern over the all-too-frequent practice among some consumer creditors’ attorneys — perhaps at the insistence of clients intent on drastically minimizing their fees and expenses — that they can expect the Court to accept allegations in pleadings as sworn testimony and therefore need not bring any witnesses to hearings or…
