Clarke, Chief Justice.

Keith David Kimmel was convicted of murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment. In this appeal he asserts that his trial should have been barred by the constitutional guarantee against double jeopardy, that the trial court erred in refusing to accept the jury’s initial verdict and that the trial court erred in failing to respond adequately to the jury’s requests for instructions. We find no error and affirm.
