In 1905 Adolph D. Spratt and his adult children deeded to C. W. Campbell a one-half undivided interest in a tract of land described by metes and bounds, bordering on Guyan River in Mingo County, lying between the river and right of way of Deepwater Railway, containing 9-% acres, a part of his home farm; and later in 1907 the other half was eon- veyed to C. "W. Campbell by him as guardian of his minor children by virtue of a decree of the circuit court of that county, by the same metes and bounds and containing 9-Ys “acres more or less.” By subsequent conveyances Gruyan…
