^Defendants, Harmony Construction, LLC (“Harmony”) and Jason Kunstler (“Mr. Kunstler”) appeal the trial court’s grant of summary judgment against them. In their first assignment of error, defendants argue the trial court erred in failing to grant their motion to revoke Mr. Kun-stler’s admissions deemed admitted and then rendering summary judgment thereon.
