Original proceeding in prohibition. On January 14, 1925, Prank W. McMillan, as plaintiff, filed in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, at Independence, his bill in equity against Kansas City Missouri River Navigation Company, a corporation, and certain individuals designated as .directors, as defendants. Thereafter, on March 11, 1925, the defendants filed a general demurrer to the bill.
