WALKER, Associate Justice.

This action was brought on a contract of insurance to recover the cost of care and services rendered the insured by a hospital in' which an operation was performed on the feet of the insured and also to recover the cost of the services rendered by the attending physician. The appellant Group Hospital Service, Inc., also the defendant, was the insurer. The wife of E. J. Bass was the person insured, and Mr. Bass is the plaintiff. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and the trial court rendered judgment in plaintiff’s behalf only for the cost of the…
