Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Vogt, J.), entered January 12, 1982 in Ulster County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul respondent’s determination denying restoration to his inmate job assignment. Petitioner was serving a IV2 to 15-year sentence at Green Haven Correctional *1045Facility where he had been assigned to work in the hospital clinic.
