1Per curiam

Contrary to his pleas, a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial convicted appellant of stealing various stereo *1109items belonging to two different Marines from their barracks room, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 10 U.S.C. § 921; he was found not guilty of conspiracy to steal the same items. Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged, but suspended confinement in excess of 5 months.
