VAUGHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtor/Appellant Carlos Benitez Alfaro (“Debtor”) appeals a decision by the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico (“Bankruptcy Court”) granting an Amended Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay (“motion for relief’), filed by Andres Gomez Vazquez and Josefina Alayon de Gomez (“Ap-pellees”). Second, the Debtor appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s decision to deny the Debtor’s request to be represented at the hearing by secondary counsel, Attorney Irving K.
