“The Florida Bar, Plaintiff herein, seeks a summary final judgment against Defendant, Southeast First National Bank of Miami. The signature of the payee to a check was forged by his Florida attorney. The Defendant paid the check bearing the forged endorsement to the attorney who converted the funds to his own use.
