Curtis Publishing Company appeals from a judgment entered in a libel action *25■after a jury awarded the appellee compensatory damages in the sum of $10,-000. Vaughan’s complaint had charged that appellant had libeled him in the November 3, 1956 issue of its weekly magazine “The Saturday Evening Post.”1
