These are five dispossess proceedings brought upon the ground that ‘' the continued occupancy by the tenant is in violation of section 8, 170, 301m and subdivision 2 of section 302 of the Multiple Dwelling Law of the State of New York and that the landlord must restore the apartment occupied by the tenant to its lawful occupancy or be subject to a criminal prosecution.” The landlord accordingly proceeds pursuant to *461subdivision 3 of section 52 of the Rent and Eviction Regulations of the Temporary State Housing Rent Commission.
