This is a petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the judge of the Circuit Court of Franklin County to order a blood test in a paternity case.

In September 1982 the plaintiff, Vanessa Phillips, gave birth to a child. In May 1985 the plaintiff initiated a paternity action in the Franklin County Juvenile Court naming Nathaniel Robinson as defendant.
