Seung Chan Park (“Mr. Park” or the “Debtor”) filed a petition for relief under Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) on October 26, 2009. Charles Goldstein was appointed the chapter 7 trustee (the “Chapter 7 Trustee” or “Mr. Goldstein”) in Mr. Park’s chapter 7 case.
