At the conclusion of appellants’ (plaintiffs’) case the trial judge, Russell, J., directed a verdict in favor of the appellee (Mrs. Wooden). 1 They, Trusty, 16, and Cousins, 17, assign error. We have found none.
In March 1965 appellants lived within a block of each other, near Lake Ashburton, in Baltimore City. Homeward bound from school, on the afternoon of St. Patrick’s day, they were walking downhill on Longwood Street. Recent snow lay round about.
