Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Gregory Carro, J. at suppression hearing; Daniel P. Conviser, J. at jury trial and sentencing), rendered May 12, 2015, convicting defendant of robbery in the third degree and grand larceny in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to an aggregate term of 3V2 to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
