Action by appellant against appellee for divorce on ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. Appellee answered the complaint under the rules and filed what is designated as “Amended Cross-Complaint,” which was answered by appellant under the rules. The Complaint prayed for equitable relief without any express prayer for alimony.
